TO THE MEMBERS OF THE INVESTMENT PROFESSIONALS ASSOCIATION OF URUGUAY (APIU):

In accordance with the resolution adopted by the Board of Directors of the Investment Professionals Association of Uruguay, in a session held on August 28, 2023, members of the Association are summoned to the Assemblies to be held at Sala Tempus, WTC, Tower 4, 1266 Dr. Luis Bonavita Street on October 30, 2023:

ORDINARY GENERAL ASSEMBLY, to be held at 6:30 pm; and

EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL ASSEMBLY, at 7 pm on the first call, and 7:30 pm on the same day, on the second call if necessary, so that members can deliberate and resolve on the agenda items indicated below.

Agenda for Ordinary General Assembly:

1. Examination and approval of the balance sheet, report, and report of the Fiscal Committee.
2. Presentation of the management carried out by the Board of Directors.
3. Presentation of plans and initiatives for the next fiscal year.
4. Election of an Electoral Committee for the election process of authorities.
5. Closure of the Assembly with the reading and signing of the Minutes by the President of the Board of Directors and the ad-hoc Secretary appointed by the Assembly for this purpose.

Agenda for Extraordinary General Assembly:

1. Amendment of the bylaws.
2. Authorization to process the reform of the bylaws.
